The Center for Smile Enhancement and Masterpiece Clinics accept insurance, CareCredit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, and cash.
Dental Insurance
The Center for Smile Enhancement is considered a fee-for-service practice. As an out-of-network provider, we accept all forms of insurance, although we do not maintain any contractual agreements with insurance companies or third-party payers. To best assist our patients, we will always submit claims and authorizations, whenever possible, and appeal any denied claims on behalf of our patients. As a courtesy, we will follow up and do whatever we can to help you access the benefits you deserve. Even so, you are still responsible for all balances not covered by your insurance. Prepay Courtesy

Financing
Some of our patients wish to finance their dental care or seek additional funds for procedures/treatments that their dental insurance doesn’t cover. With CareCredit, you may qualify for no- or low-interest, short-term financing. Or, if you prefer a long-term loan, CareCredit’s interest rate is typically lower than what most major credit card companies charge. Terms
Please keep in mind that payment for your dental care is due at the time of service. For major procedures, we require a 50% payment to get started and the remainder when completed. Whether or not there is a dental insurance benefit involved, you are entirely responsible for making payments directly to The Center for Smile Enhancement.
