Financial Information

Forms of Payment In addition to providing the highest quality dental care available, we are committed to providing affordable dental services. You may choose from a variety of  payment options at the Center for Smile Enhancement: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal check or cash.

Dental Insurance Our office is considered a fee for service practice. We accept all forms of insurance. However, our office maintains no contractual agreement with any insurance company or third party payer. This means that we are considered an “out of network” provider. As a courtesy and to best assist our patients, we will always submit claims and prior authorizations when appropriate as well as appeal any claims on behalf of the patient when necessary. Patients are responsible for all balances not covered by their insurance. We will follow up and do whatever we can to help you access the benefits you deserve.

Prepay Courtesy An excellent way to qualify for a 5 - 10% savings is to prepay us for your treatment prior to your visit. Please ask us for more information.

Financing your Dental Care Some of our patients opt to entirely finance their dental care or seek additional funds for procedures and treatments their dental insurance doesn't cover. As an alternative, we also offer CareCredit. With this option, you may qualify for no or low interest, short term financing. Even if you prefer a longer term loan, the average rate of interest is usually lower than what most major credit card companies charge. We would be happy to help you with the CareCredit application or you may visit for more information or to complete an application online. If you have additional questions or concerns regarding your insurance or wish to discuss other financial arrangements, our staff will be very happy to assist you.

Terms As a general guide, please keep in mind, that payment is due at the time of service. For major procedures, we require 50% payment at the time we begin treatment and the remainder when we complete the process. Whether or not there is a dental insurance benefit involved or has been received, our patients are entirely responsible for making payments directly to the Center for Smile Enhancement. Please refer to our "Financial Policy Agreement" form for additional information or please just ask, as we would be very happy to assist you.
